Speech Therapy and Inclusion Support

Experienced neuroaffirming speech therapist working across schools, disability services and teams to support communication and participation.

Much of my work focuses on supporting the environments around the child, not just the individual.

You may be here because:

  • You’re looking for consulting or training for your school, preschool or disability service

  • You’re wanting mentoring or guidance to build more consistent, practical supports

  • You’re seeking speech therapy support through the NDIS

Ways to Work Together

  • Support for schools, preschools and disability services to strengthen communication, learning engagement and inclusive practice.

    This may include:

    • Supporting IEPs and individualised planning so they are practical and usable day to day

    • Strengthening student engagement and access to learning, particularly for students with communication and executive functioning differences

    • Embedding visual supports and structured systems that hold across the school day

    • Building consistency across staff and environments, not just individual classrooms

    • Providing professional learning that translates directly into practice

  • For educators, therapists and teams wanting to build more clarity and consistency in how they support communication and participation.

    This is a space to:

    • Work through complex situations and problem solve together

    • Strengthen neuroaffirming, practical approaches

    • Develop supports that hold across environments, not just in theory

    • Build shared understanding across teams

    • Reflect on what’s working, and what’s not

  • Individualised support for children and young people with communication differences, including AAC users.

    Sessions focus on:

    • Supporting communication, understanding and participation across everyday environments

    • Providing AAC support tailored to the individual and their context

    • Offering parent support and guidance to build confidence and consistency at home

    • Delivering sessions within the learning environment where possible

    • Developing supports that hold beyond the session

    • Working collaboratively with families and the wider team

NDIS services are currently available for plan managed participants.
